EB 19

The EB19 ushers in a new generation of bass boats, developed around an architecture where seaworthiness, ergonomics, and build quality evolve in the same direction.  Its minimalist, contemporary styling moves away from traditional bass boat design codes, resulting in a cleaner and more refined aesthetic without compromising the requirements of sport fishing. As the first Bass Boat to feature a stepped hull, it combines this innovative hull design with an in-depth study of deck volumes and layout to offer a high-performance, intuitive platform suited for intensive use.

Architecture

The development of the EB19 centers on an objective rarely addressed in this type of boat : maintaining predictable and controlled handling at speeds where conventional bass boats become difficult to handle. To achieve this, the hull incorporates a stepped design, developed entirely through CFD to control flow and minimize trim during planing. This architecture improves acceleration, enhances high-speed stability, and maintains more predictable tracking during rapid changes of direction, without compromising the hull’s overall efficiency. The same design philosophy extends to the boat’s construction. Despite the complexity of its geometry, the entire boat is produced using a single hull mould and a single deck mould. This simplification is the result of work carried out very early on regarding the hull geometry, where manufacturing constraints directly influence the design rather than being restricted by them.

Layouts

The deck layout follows the fishermen’s natural movements by providing direct circulation between the forward and aft platforms. A retractable bench seat accommodates an uncommon four seated passengers while disappearing completely in fishing configuration, creating a continuous surface rarely found in this category of boat. Storage compartments are integrated directly into the structure, which serves both structural functions and separates the compartments, significantly increasing their overall capacity. This layout allows two fishermen to work simultaneously without interfering with one another, with immediate access to their rods, the livewell, and other onboard equipment. Together, these elements form a platform that is understated in appearance but exceptionally well-designed in function, where every volume is shaped by its intended purpose before contributing to the identity of the boat.
